Once you have obtained the .zip file containing your selected theme, you can proceed to import it into Zendesk Guide. Access your Zendesk Guide account and navigate to the Customize Design section by clicking on the designated icon ( ) located in the left-hand menu. This action will direct you to a page displaying your current theme(s).
1. Click on the Add Theme button and select Import theme from the dropdown menu.
2. Find and select your theme and it will be imported in your Zendesk account.
3. Once installed, activate your theme to make it visible to your help center visitors.
Select the theme you want to preview and click on the Customize button.
The Themes page opens.
